We are dedicated to research and development of music and wellness. We apply music to individuals,

groups, and enterprises. We help individuals with self-care, emotion regulation and personal growth.

  Before and after GIM training for 5 years, with particular emphasis on training students personal growth, in addition to the classroom teaching and practice requirements, but also requires trainees to complete the corresponding self experience and individual music imagination training. The trainees who complete all training requirements will receive the GIM therapists qualification certificate of the American Association for music and imagination (Association for and Imagery, AMI) Music. There are two training times each year, respectively, in the summer of 7, August and winter in 12 and January, according to the training of trainees in the study and progress of training arrangements. Every two years, a new session of the first phase of the students, each new recruit 8-10 students. Non music therapy professional background requires a master's degree or above in psychology, with more than three years of clinical experience. Have a keen interest in music, mental analysis, behavior therapy, humanistic therapy, existential therapy background of the students training and is good at singing and playing students preferred; music therapy requires students to master and above.
Self care

when we are in a poorstate of work and life, how do we keep ourselves in good shape? The workshop onself care (self - care) will lead us to explore a way to take care of ourselveswith music. In the workshops, members can through structured musical experienceand practice at the moment aware of his feelings and create a deep connectionwith positive internal resources; practice how to choose music clips to helpthemselves from negative to positive negative positive state; and actively usetheir resources to deal with the fast-paced modern society and work life.

Stress management

How can we cope withthe ubiquitous stress in the modern society? In stress management workshops, weuse music experiential activities to help participants to be aware of theirreactions and coping styles under stress. We invite participants to share inthe group so as to learn others’ reactions and coping styles under stress. Weguide the participants to figure out constructive ways to release stress andcope with stress to find their inner balance under the ubiquitous stress.

Interpersonal communication

Everyone comes fromdifferent environment and grows up in a different family which leads todifferent ways of communication. There is bound to be barriers incommunications if we are not able to understand and accept different ways ofcommunication of both ours and others’. How can we improve our skills tocommunicate? In interpersonal communication workshops, we use musicexperiential activities to help participants to be aware of different ways ofcommunication of both theirs and others’ and the correspond effect onthemselves and others. Participants learn to try and adjust their ways ofcommunication to achieve higher efficiency and constructiveness.
